"Shipped on Board Nedir?" başlıklı yazımda da belirtmiş olduğum gibi, akreditif kurallarına göre "clean on board" kaydı taşıyan bir konşimento ile "shipped on board" kaydı taşıyan bir konşimento arasında herhangi bir fark bulunmamaktadır.
Peki, eğer akreditif kurallarına göre "clean on board" ile "shipped on board" kaydı arasında herhangi bir fark yoksa, neden bankalar halen sürekli clean on board kayıtlı konşimento ibrazı talep etmektedirler?
Bugünkü yazımda, akreditif metinlerinde sıkça kullanılan bir tabir olan "clean on board" yükleme kaydını, güncel akreditif kuralları çerçevesinde açıklamaya çalışacağım.
